Hopleys Family Camping is nestled in the heart of the historic Severn Valley, we offer a tranquil environment for all members of the family to relax, explore and unwind and enjoy the idyllic West Midlands’ countryside at their own pace.

Whether you’re looking to take a leisurely stroll through the ancient woodland of the Wyre Forest, or Go Ape at the nearby Treetop Adventure, Hopleys Camping and Caravan Site is there to accommodate your escape from the daily grind!

We cater for caravans, tents and motorhomes, and since 2010 we also have available unique furnished tipis as an alternative to the traditional camping experience.

We are a family campsite and also welcome groups and clubs, with sufficient space to ensure all needs are catered for. We offer electric hook-ups and hard standing areas.

The new Rustic Pizza Shack, with a fully licensed bar, is now open serving our famous artisan pizzas and high quality burgers.

ONSITE AMENITIES
Our onsite amenities include a fishing pool, farm shop, café, showers, play area, laundry room and picnic area. If you have any special requests, we will always try and accommodate you if you let us know in advance of your stay.

We can cater for 35 caravans and motorhomes per night and numerous tents, 38 pitches with electric hook-ups & 10 hard standing.

We welcome weekend rally meets. We also allow well behaved dogs on site.

TIPIS
An Amazing Camping Experience!
Roaring campfires and the great outdoors combined with the cosiness of authentic Native American Tipis.

We have 4 Tipis in total, 1 small, 1 medium and 2 large.

Each Tipi is equipped with
•Futons
•Camping beds
•Chairs
•Tables
•Rugs and throws
•Gas cooking stove
•Pans
•Cutlery
•Cold box
•Water container

Each Tipi has its own picnic table and external fire pit with cooking frame for that all important campfire.

The small Tipi sleeps 2, the medium Tipi sleeps 4 and the large Tipi sleeps 6. The Tipis are pitched together overlooking beautiful countryside in a quiet corner of our campsite.So if you fancy a romantic weekend under the stars, an outdoor adventure with the family or just somewhere to go with friends and relatives, all you need to bring are your sleeping bags!

BELL TENTS
3 Bell Tents stand in their own area complete with a shared covered cooking area, including stove, BBQ table and benches.
Each of these spacious tents accommodates up to 4 adults and is equipped with 3 blow up beds
Please note that there is no electricity supply to the Bell tents.
Departure from the Bell tents must be by 12 midday prompt and check in time is 2pm.

THE SHEPHERD'S HUT
Great news the building of a bespoke wooden camping pod which we are calling The Shepherd’s Hut is now complete and we are ready to hire it out. This will be available all year round and will give greater warmth and comfort in the colder months.
The wooden hut sleeps a family of four in a double bed and 2 bunk beds. It is equipped with a 2 ring camp cooker, a sink with running water and a log burner which keeps the hut very cosy. The hut also has it’s own picnic table and seats and patio doors which can be opened in fine weather. Crockery and cutlery will be provided as in the Tipis so all you will need to bring will be your own bedding and a torch.

LOCATION
We are located on the west side of Bewdley on the B4190 Cleobury road, about a mile from Bewdley town centre. You can join the B4190 in Bewdley town or travel along the A456 (Bewdley bypass route) and take the third exit at the island atop the hill. Then just follow the signposts along the road to find us.
