Christmas is over and January sees the return of the Fleece Inn annual Wassail. From dusk the apple orchard becomes alive with cider, singing and Morris men. Join us for this pagan tradition of waking the trees to encourage a good harvest in preparation for next years cider, fun for all the family and a brilliant way to dispel those winter blues!
SOMERSET WASSAIL & Juice-alem – download the words to the songs sung to the trees, please join in! Handouts also available on the night.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People are bringing the Great British Dog Walk back to Eastnor Castle in Herefordshire. Following a fantastic debut in 2019 we are back for a second year. This is a family and dog friendly event and everyone is welcome.
oin us for our massive group walk in the beautiful surroundings of Eastnor Castle, Ledbury. There are two walk lengths to choose from; The short walk is 3km long and the longer walk is 7km long. Due to parts of both walks being across grassy areas the route maybe unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Please contact us for further details.
There are two start times so please refer to our website for details. The castle is usually closed at this time of the year, so this is a rare opportunity to take in the surroundings at the start of spring.

UPTON BLUES FESTIVAL

Upton Blues Festival – probably the best completely free blues festival in the UK. In and around the Pubs and Streets of Upton upon Severn.
Set in the beautiful Worcestershire riverside town of Upton upon Severn, the Blues Festival has grown from a small event in a couple of pubs into what is now a festival that swamps the town with thousands of music fans, features the ‘Best of British Blues’ over a whole weekend on three main stages and nine pub venues, totalling over 100 gigs over the weekend. TENBURY COUNTRYSIDE SHOW

The Tenbury Countryside Show is a traditional countryside show featuring livestock, horses and horticulture and rural arts and crafts. Now in its 162nd year, it continues to grow, and every year a team of dedicated volunteers put on a show that attracts 1000's of visitors.
With exhibits, competitions, main ring events, animals, funfair, trade stands, concessions and local ales and ciders. It really is a great day out for everyone and not to be missed by young or old.
